Psychiatrist
Working languages: Estonian, English, Finnish

I graduated from the University of Tartu in 2005. I completed my psychiatry residency in Finland, where I received my degree in adult psychiatry from Tampere University in 2011.

My work experience in psychiatry is mainly from Finland. I have work experience in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatry. My hospital residency responsibilities included work in the Department of Acute Disorders, Department of Mood Disorders and the Department of Rehabilitation of Young Adults. I have more than three years of experience in consultant psychiatry. I have worked with transgender people and people who want elective surgery. I have several years of experience in cultural psychiatry. I have also been involved with ADHD and other neuropsychiatric conditions over the years.

My work is based on the principle that the best result in psychiatry is achieved by listening attentively to the patient, working together and trying to find the best solution together. I am an adult psychiatrist by training, but I also treat children and adolescents.
