If you have any viral symptoms, please let us know and we will reschedule your consultation. When you arrive for your consultation, please wear a protective mask if possible (we also have masks available).

If you are unable to come to your consultation, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a no-show without a good or valid reason, we reserve the right to bill you according to the current price list or not to refund the prepaid visit fee. In other cases, the full amount of the advance payment will be refunded within three working days at the latest.
