The City’s Central Psychiatric Center is not a partner of the Health Insurance Fund, therefore all services except the services of a clinical psychologist are paid.
Online bookings must be paid in advance.
If you would like to receive an invoice, please click on the confirmation code in the confirmation email that you receive after payment. You will be redirected to the page where you can click on the “view invoice” button to download your invoice.
If you would like to pay by invoice, please send an email to info@psuhhiaatriakeskus.ee and we will send you a bill with a deadline of one day before your visit.

Cognitive Ability Tests for Adults
Cognitive ability tests assess abilities involved in thinking (e.g., reasoning, perception, memory, verbal and mathematical ability, and problem solving). Such tests pose questions designed to estimate applicants' potential to use mental processes to solve work-related problems or to acquire new job knowledge.

Comprehensive Examination of the Mental State of the Child
To assess cognitive functions (attention, memory, and learning) and behavior or autism spectrum disorder. Includes clinical interviews with the child and parents, testing and analysis of results.

Issuing a Prescription Outside of Work Hours

Issuance of a Doctor’s Note
A psychiatric interview is required to issue the note, so please book a consultation with a psychiatrist first. Psychological examinations may also be necessary, depending on the type of note needed and on the findings of the psychiatric interview. If you are unable to come to your consultation, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a no-show without a good or valid reason, we reserve the right to bill you according to the current price list or not to refund the prepaid visit fee. In other cases, the full amount of the advance payment will be refunded within three working days at the latest.
